I'm flying AKL-NSN and NSN-CHC in June and am Velocity Gold.

Can anyone confirm if there is a Koru Regional Lounge and if there is a Lounge Agent at a desk or If I'd have to ask for a pin code when checking in.

Anyone recent feedback in terms of facilities and food/wine offerings?

Make sure your Velocity number is the booking and appears on your boarding pass.
At NSN go up the steps to the KC and scan your BP at the reader which will give you the PIN to enter at the door to unlock it.
There is no attendant there anymore. Occasionally someone will come in and do a clean up and restock.
Do not expect too much there in terms of food or drink.

Was in the Nelson lounge on Tuesday around 2pm.

There was an attendant there restocking food, drinks and welcoming guests into the lounge. The bathroom was downstairs near the Europcar desk.

Drinks wise they had the Villa Maria organic sav blanc, soda, juice, water, beer but no spirits.
Food wise they had finger sandwiches, cookies, fruit, brownies and a few other bits and pieces.

For future reference, all Regional lounges are now staffed with an increase food/drink offering now added.

Yea calling Nelson a "lounge" gives the impression it is more than it actually is...
