Hawaiian Airlines out of Brisbane

Hey was just checking as a Velocity Gold flying Hawaiian out of Brisbane there is no lounge access? Thats what it says on the website anyway
Seems unfair that out of Sydney they get lounge access but not out of Brisbane

Sydney isn't any better. I was denied being given lounge access despite being Platinum.

There appears to be either a major discrepancy or error regarding lounge access when flying on Hawaiian.

According to the website (see screen print), if you're a GOLD FF you are meant to be able to access the Air NZ lounge out of Sydney and the Delta SkyClub out of Honolulu.

However according to the website (see screen print) if you're a PLATINUM FF you can only get lounge access when flying on VA codeshare flight operated by HA and access in Sydney is to the International Business Lounge operated by QANTAS. In Honolulu access is to the Hawaiian Airlines Premium Lounge.

Clearly something is not right. I have brought this to VA's attention but I'm not holding my breath for a prompt response.
