Hi all,
I am flying QF1 next month to LHR connecting to a BA flight from Terminal 5 to France. (This is all on the same booking.) Can I book my bags thru to France or do I have to go thru customs in the UK ?(like when arriving for a connection at LAX)
Thanks

Thanks, I was feeling confused after flyng thru LAX & having to go thru customs when I was only transiting there!

Ah yes, that's because most US airports do not have segregation for International and domestic PAX, therefore everyone has to clear immigration and customs as they are required to enter the US even in transit.
