I received an email from Flybuys a while ago offering 15 points per dollar on the purchase of Etihad flights. I took them up on the offer making sure I book through the supplied link. T&Cs says points will be awarded within 2 weeks from the date of the final leg. Two weeks has passed now and no sign of the points. I ring Flybuys and they say I have to call and chase Etihad for the Flybuys points. Really?!?

I was wondering if anyone out there has been in a similar situation or have any suggestions? I hope chasing up these points will not become a nightmare. I am owed a few hundred Flybuys Dollars worth and had already factored it in when I made the flight purchase.
