Family Points Transfers....will this work?

Usually my wife family pools her Velocity & SC's to my VFF account, however she's somehow ended up with 640 points in her account to which she's very unlikely to add to.

Unfortunately she cannot transfer the 640 points in her account to my account as the minimum points transfer is 5000.

To get around this I thought I might be able to transfer 5000 points from my account to her account and then transfer back to my account the 5640 points.

Can anyway see any flaw in the above?

That should be ok as you are unlikely to reach yearly transfer limits.

Definitely the way to go.. Have done it a few times like...... A to B to C to A etc etc

You just need to think a little so that you don't need to do it heaps, as you can reach the yearly transfer limit like JohnK has mentioned.
