Hi I need some clarification on my status. In Feb I was awarded Royal Ambassador and in Oct dropped to Spire Ambassador. Is it normal to only be rewarded for 8 months to RA?
 
I know the Royal Ambassador program is based more on spend these days than nights in Intercons as it was in the past, so it might be harder finding an answer here. It certainly seems odd that you would only receive it for 8 months, and perhaps a call to the RA team is in order to clarify why.

Hi - I tried numerous times with RA and gave up, but last week I got an email stating I have been rewarded with RA till Dec 2017.
 
IHG Spire Elite seems to get me zilch - I hope RA has some worthwhile benefits for you
