hello here, this is the first time ive ever had anything to do with velocity so please be patient,
I saw a promo of 500 free points at BP when I get a temp card,

so I did that, it then asked me to register for a velocity account, which I did
unfortunately, no matter how many times I tried or called I couldnt like the temp BP card,

anyway, a few days later I get a letter welcoming em to velcoity

I also received a prepaid visa card (red) with my velocity details on,

what is this?? I Have no idea :)

It's called the Prepaid Travel Card on the website. There's a link on the page that is linked above.

The "Virgin Prepaid Visa" card does double duty as your Velocity Frequent Flyer card.
If someone signs up for various offers it is really incumbent for them to do their own research first or when they receive cards.
