Log-in to Velocity website = hit immediately with "update my details" nag

Am I just the lucky one or does everyone get hit in the middle of the screen with the pop-up nag to update your details EVERY SINGLE TIME you log into your Velocity account? Doesn't matter if you do update your details, change something or whatever, it will pop-up again asking you to update your details again the next time you log in. There appears no way to kill it permanently. Is it just me Velocity are trying to drive insane with their constant pop-up nags?

FF v41.0.2. Don't have any need to log in using any other device/browser. iPhone uses the native Velocity app.
