1 – 50,000 Velocity Points = 15% Bonus Velocity Frequent Flyer Points
50,001 to 100,000 Velocity Points = 20% Bonus Velocity Frequent Flyer Points
100,001 to 250,000 Velocity Points = 25% Bonus Velocity Frequent Flyer Points
250,001 Plus Velocity Points = 30% Bonus Velocity Frequent Flyer Points

I hope this isn't targeted, I deliberated about the 15% before and decided against as I often transfer to Krisflyer for more suitable redemption's, however I wouldn't mind a 30% on a transfer from Amex MR as I could always transfer across later if required.
If anyone sees a public offer I would appreciate a link here.

You need more than 100,000 Citi points to make this a better deal than the past month and since I cleaned out Citi prior to last enhancement and moved to other cards, I only have about 80k left. I'll wait
