If I were to vote on my favourite champagnes in the sky, F class goes to Singapore's Dom Perignon Vintage (sorry, Krug NV, just didn't see why people were fussing over you). They also pick up the J class award with their Charles Heidsieck Brut reserve NV - this one stood out to me as something different even to the Moet/Cliquot/Piper/Mumm house NV's.
Will get to try Thai F class Champagne in a couple of months - anyone know what they serve?
