Hi All,

I am looking at a way home from Europe next Easter using QF points.

Using the BA tool I can see 4 x J awards DOH - PER - MEL on Saturday 20th April traveling on Qatar & then QF. Similarly I see 6 the following day.

Is there any way to see if these are mixed itinerary flights using the BA (or any other) tool? I suspect, based on other Qatar availability, that these may be the dreaded mixed awards. If I try to click through the BA site I get a message telling me these can't be booked online..

Any assistance kindly appreciated.

Use the Multi-city search tool on QF and it will show you DOH-PER as the second sector.

This is example using LHR-DOH as the first sector.

This priced as 156K points and ~GBP 536.

If it fails online, at least you can ring up and see if they can replicate the routing over the phone, and you can at least see the availability via the QF website.

(Searching DOH-MEL as the second flight gave the DOH-PER-MEL connection as well, and included options via ADL or CBR).

So the trick is to nest a search ex DOH in a multi city search? That's very useful thank you.

I have found that to see any Qatar availability in the QF engine, I have needed to search via the multi-city tool and include Doha in the routing.
