Platinum
Have trip next year with a just re-timed QF10 now dep ~1hr earlier but still leaving me a 2h30m connection at LHR.

When I log into my booking, the message says to call QF, no option to accept online.

Any ideas why I have to call and this no longer allows online accept changes?

That happens from time to time with our bookings. Not sure why.

OK I finally called - love the Platinum line (answered within a minute).

Couldn't see a reason for the issue other than to assume it related to the inbound connector and the system wasn't happy (operated by IB) to allow online confirmation of change.

This happened to me recently, when I called I was told that because they (Qantas) had made a change to one of the flights it couldn't be modified online. No charge if I wanted to make changes though the 13* number.
