Credit Card Offers ANZ Frequent Flyer Black: 130,000 Qantas Points + $200 back

Hmm got targeted by Qantas for extra 20k points ...
"We are welcoming all first-time cardholders with an extra 20,000 bonus Qantas Points^. That’s on top of our existing offers of up to 150,000 bonus Qantas Points when you meet minimum spend criteria*." T&C says "Members must not have earned Qantas Points on a Qantas Points earning card into their Qantas Frequent Flyer account within the past 12 months from offer registration to be eligible."

I cancelled this card more than 12 months ago. So I should be good to apply for this card and get 140k bonus points, for fee of $175 after cashback?

ANZ have historically never had end dates for their promotions.

ie.

"1. Offer available to new and approved applicants who apply for an ANZ Frequent Flyer Black credit card account. This is a limited time only offer which may be withdrawn or changed at any time without notice."
 
Interesting how the ANZ T&C's read as the Rewards/Platinum/Black, Travel Adventures and Frequent Flyer/Platinum/Black look to be completely different lines of cards i.e. 12 month exclusion applies to the card line not all ANZ cards, so in theory I could apply for this card then the travel adventures card for the Velocity points.

Important for me as I cancelled an ANZ Rewards card in the last 12 months, will see how this QFF Black application goes.
 
Got one phone call in regards to my application, citing concern my 2x payslips were different amounts - I pointed out one of the payslips I was on annual leave so got 14% leave loading. Then approved on the spot. Relatively painless.

They always have had separate lines of cards where the exclusion is only limited to that line.
In the past I have received alternate lines and got the bonus, which is completely within the rules.
Not sure why there is any confusion.
 
Only thing is I'm having troubles getting approved. Need to get my tax return lodged and provide a notice of assessment ASAP.
 
Applied on December 10 or 11, can't remember which, received a call on the 12th from ANZ. I wasn't sure what to expect given the troubles and lack of logical understanding I had with Citibank (eventually approved).

I'm an existing ANZ account holder with my pay going into their savings account so all they seemed interested in were outgoing transfers made consistently every fortnight to an account with the description "offset"... at least it didn't take much explaining for ANZ to understand where this money goes. About five minutes on the phone then approved.
 
I don't see the income in the eligibility any more. Is it 65k or 75k?

Edit: over at ozbargain someone says they've checked and ANZ removed 75k

Well their first step of the application process says otherwise, try clicking apply:

"Earn at least $75,000 per year"
 
Yeah $425, not sure where the $450 in the title came from unless OP confused the amex $450/120k QFF offer with this?
