I was supposed to be attending a fair in Kobe in August.

Just got this email from the hotel.

Check out the restrictions re meals and alcohol.

I love getting these emails from hotels - even before coronavirus. They'd be doing renovations or private function or something and be outlining the substandard Club offer. It never seems to come with a "Since this is obviously not what you paid for, we have reduced your rate ... or ... applied a credit to your account... "
