Is it possible to transfer your Spouse Amex points to your Asia miles account?

I have read the amex us site gives this option if you have added your spouse as an additional card member for more than 90 days. Have anyone tried the same with amex Australia.

Or is there any other option to transfer amex mr points to your spouse asia miles account?

You can transfer MR points from one account to another, I think the Max is 50k, contact the call centre and get the form needed
