Yes thats correct the title is appearing after last, first name.Your title isn't legally part of your name. It's not on your passport or drivers licence. I doubt it would be a problem.
From memory the title appears after your middle name (ie LAST, FIRST SECOND TITLE) and the name matching generally only enforce Last and First. A lot of non Western countries have issues with this.
Travelling from Australia to India with 1hr layover in ADL.Could be a bigly problem if travelling through certain ME countries.
