Hello - I was wondering how long Pepper's Hotels take to post points to Accor ALL - it's been 10 days now.
Traditional Accor properties like Novotel/Ibis/Mercure post within 48 hours of check out.
anyone had any experience with Pepper's posting points?

Pretty much agree on the 48 hours. I did stay at a Peppers last year and IIRC had to chase points up after a week of nothing.

Most of the traditional Accor hotels have automated systems to feed stay information back to Accor.

The hotels that have come in from Mantra often have more manual systems (or at least, not as integrated) that take a bit longer. But after 10 days, probably time to start chasing.

Hit and miss for me. Peppers Silo Launceston always seems to post with 48hrs but other can drag out to 7 or 8 days. 10 days would have me concerned

I had issues with points posting for a recent stay st the peppers resort in Noosa. I had to wait 8 days after the stay before opening a case but after that they were very responsive and got it sorted relatively quickly.
In my case, my stay may not have posted because a stay immediately before the Noosa visit was posted with the wrong dates

The only time I've stayed at a Peppers (Canberra) I needed to manually claim as points hadn't posted after 3 weeks.
