claiming missing points

I took some United flights booked with Virgin and haven't got the points or SC on my account.
I have gone to do a missing points claim but have no idea of the first legs flight number.

Any ideas how to find this out?
I have my return info but not the first flight.

I have checked on the United and Virgin websites and this info can't be found.
I have the Virgin flight numbers but it wants a code starting with UA - I didn't keep my outgoing tickets which was a mistake I now see.
