After all one could ask why in 3 and a half weeks i will have done SIN-MEL-AKL-SYD-LAX-JFK-DFW-BOS-MIA-SFO-LHR-BCN-LHR-MCT-LHR-JNB-SIN
But it has and continues to be fun
And i did also make partner gold and will make LTS on this trip And saw U2's first concert which was worth it !

I like your adventurous spirit, and hey don't let a tight connection or two discourage you! If it works it works, if not too bad.

However the two 25 minute connections in SYD and ADL might bring you unstuck! Have a look at great circle mapper, taking out ADL (sorry ADL), and adding in BME and KNX doesn't really detract from the circumnavigation that much, in fact may add to it. So this option could be realistic, noting that the 30mins at KNX is same plane:

I think it is a great idea lisabella and it is certainly possible with a little luck. Perhaps look at doing it in late September as NSW, VIC start daylight early October which may affect your schedule.

I almost circumnavigated Australia in 2007 in 4 days on an award ticket from QF using 72,000 QFF points and also added an AirNorth flight in there as well. The routing was SYD-ADL-ASP-AYQ-PER-BME-DRW-GOV-CNS-SYD. I could have done SYD-MEL-ADL but decided against it and also had BME-KNX-DRW but the flight was cancelled and I was put on the direct BME-DRW flight.
