*similar to @ellen10, I forgot to do wordle yesterday, but a quick trip to Honolulu ✈️ 🌴 πŸ–οΈ via the date/time settings on my device (and ensuring that my safari browser was closed down) and hey presto #882 comes up fine. Then quickly returned to home and #883 also works fine. Mind you it’s all sort of pointless anyway as I cleared the nytimes cookies from this device last year, thereby resetting my stats anyway…

My Covid brain allowed me to miss yesterday and my winning streak πŸ™πŸ˜ž
It is possible to go back to the previous day so long as it is still that day in another timezone somewhere in the world. It works from a Windows PC, but not sure if it can be done as easily from a mobile device (have not tried it). IN Windows settings, change your timezone to something like Arizona then play yesterday's game. Then change back to your Aussie timezone and play today's game. You need to do it in that order to maintain the streak.

I missed doing yesterday's game due to business of "Silly Season" around here. So was able to do yesterday's first, then today's immediately after by changing timezones.
