You know im surprised at this point no plane spotter has taken out the ultrazooms to try to get a peak of the inside from the outside like that last photo.

I don’t understand why it’s taking so long for these planes to enter service and start operating flights

I suspect similar but more complex problems as Bonza and the Flair issue.

Getting appropriate guvmt approvals compounded by retraining crew and maintenance staff on new type to the fleet.

It's a new aircraft type for use in Australia. They need to do testing flights to get CASA approvals for everything, as well as training crews.
Once this first A220 enters normal service, other aircraft won't take as long to enter commercial service after arriving on their delivery flights.

Some of the side on shots have tongues wagging that the economy seat is a BL3710…the same seat at the new Jetstar a321neos. At least it looks like they have chosen to add the headrest.

So that would make it the Bonza seat then.

WF must have done a non standard mod if they are not getting it approved.

How long does the EK A380 sit at MEL for?
Current summer schedule is around 14h.

The EK406 scheduled arrival is 0625, and the 407 goes out at 2230.

Back in the day of the tags, the 406 would do MEL-AKL-MEL with around 4h on the ground there.
