Im trying to get in touch with QF Baggage Services in Perth over some lost property that I suspect was not loaded properly

Per the website it asks me to call the number below, but every time is call, its "hung up" / "busy". Have QF Perth disabled their phones for good or something or they just don't give a toss?

How can I get through to QF PER baggage services?

Thanks all. In the end my lost baggage was eventually found in HNL! My original itin was PER-xSYD-SIN.... i have no idea how QF loaded it there?

The problem is that bags are not eligible for points or SCs. Absolute discrimination. My bag told me that they would have done a family transfer of the points.
And VA is no better. Can't sign my bag up to family pool.
