QFF Extra leg room seats

Wondering if anyone is aware of a recent change to QFF policy around extra leg room seats. I often fly economy between SYD-AKL and have been able to select first row of economy as WP without having to pay the "extra leg room fee".

That appears to have changed in the last 30 days. No issues in April, next flight in May and June both applying a fee for each segment.

Anyone else seeing this?
