Turkish Airlines Miles&Smiles Status Match

Ask for TK Gold Status match on 24 December with QF Platinum expiring on 31 January 2025.

No luck:

I tried to apply for a status match recently and they ran me in circles repeatedly asking for copy of membership card/passport/recent flights and when I sent it in again they wanted me to bring all the documents to a Turkish Airlines office (?is there even one in Australia)... Gave up
 
Nope - and that is probably exactly why they are not interested in me.
I think you're reading too much into it, they're doing the same to a lot of people requesting matches. When you submitted it, did it follow the advice myself & MattG mentioned? By submitting all possible required things in 1 go, mine was turned around and granted in only a few hours.

Yep - used that exactly as checklist, and gave them a consolidation of travel history over the last 3 years between SIN & SYD (and my TK flights) across Oneworld and Star Alliance

I think you're reading too much into it, they're doing the same to a lot of people requesting
There are lots of reports on flyertalk of people needing at least three months of status remaining
