Qantas A380 reliability issues creeping up again?

2 of the 6 toilets on the upper deck of VH-OQG were non-operational on today's arriving QF12. One had a door handle that was jammed, and the other apparently couldn't flush. A lot of pax to be serviced by 4 bathrooms.

Looks like these have been fixed with OQG now operating QF1 on its way to SIN and LHR

One was unserviceable from the get go. The other became an issue mid-flight I believe.

The lavatory with the jammed door handle can still be used to wash hands, brush teeth, etc though

They tried this on my flight, but many pax was struggling and had to bang on the door for help getting out... they ended up putting up an unserviceable sign mid-flight.
