Ok so it's not their flagship wine and it might be past it's best. I reckon worth a punt given the price. 2002 was meant to be a cracking year in the Grampians.
I never tried it. Budget wine may not get benefit from good year, because high quailty grapge will be collected for their premium wine. Don't just look justify by vintage. Barrel, wine making decision and storage are also important. Due to Chalamba RRP is not over 25, it should not be stored in a barrel. If the storage is good, it is still nice to drink now.

I will try it if I never tried aged budget Shiraz even if it may pass the peak.
 
Which Standish are we buying? I am going for ST and Standish this year....
