You cant see the water for all those damn trees !! but you can hear it !

Yesterday morning on Plantation, beautiful day, hot and humid which means plenty of ocean swims....and cold beers...

This mornings office, you guessed it: Plantation Is. Swims, reading, swims...you get it.

One of the Rose beds had 5 rogue roses. They were growing everywhere including out in the Soi and could cause harm to motorcyclists with thorns everywhere.



To me they look beautiful and I enjoyed pruning them but took 5 Rose plants out. This is not the right season for roses and very little choice available. Need to wait until September for better choice of roses.

We lock the gate and we also lock all doors and windows when we sleep.

There have been quite a few breakins in the area. An elderly neighbour had her house broken into and a large sum of cash has gone missing. This was her life savings. They don't have bank accounts here as banks are 5-7 kms away and most don't get out of the village.
