I have been approved for a CBA Platinum Awards card, lets hope they wave the annual fee under the current promotion for me :shock:

"Offer only available on applications received from 05/06/11 to 17/07/11. "

So try your luck. At worst you'll have to call up, ask them to waive it (or threaten to cancel your application and I'll re-apply etc etc)

I got charged the fee!!! earlier on this month I rang up and queried it and rep on phone said that they can't wave it so on Tuesday I am going to the bank where I do a lot of my business and have a friendly little chat......
