I appreciate the captain sending someone to inform them he was trapped in the toilet, but why give the passcode to open the door? They have an intercom system that could be used, or just shouting through the door, surely.
 
I sometimes wonder when watching Air Crash Investigations and planes are tumbling and falling from the sky etc, what must the poor people in the loo's have been thinking eh?!?!? :-|
