Wondered how long before problems started and here we go. Now how long will it before people start slating this aircraft too ????

Boeing Dreamliner faces glitches

So we have flap and software issues surely this means the plane isnt safe :p

I guess when they’re not focusing on just the one variant, but three, little glitches are bound to pop up. Luckily they’ve all happened on the ground, and I’m sure every launch customer/early adopter has to deal with some teething issues.

Here we go again.

Teething problems with new aircraft are perfectly normal. In fact much more normal than many realise.

I would be more concerned if they were reporting that there were no teething issues as then it would be obvious they were covering something up.

The crux of the matter is no planes are safe. I mean how can these bloody things fly, it is not possible. No wonder alcohol was invented. Did you notice the next "news"article. I can just imagine the future of air travel if this catches on.

Latvian airline starts selling cars during flights

I fully agree and al we have to do is look back in History with every aircraft their has been small glitches and we need to remember that in earlier days the news was not so easy at hand as it is today with WWW and sadly a lot of people who know nothing or little of aircraft and best practices make mountains out of Mole Hills.

Let me say I am looking forward to flying on a 787 :)
