Hi there
I am a qantas frequent flyer member and am after a hotel in London - does anyone know if this is possible via QFF? Otherwise what is the best way to get hotels for points for London? Many thanks.

You can search for hotels in London on the qantas website. I assume some of them earn points.

Only at few hotels and at very high prices compared to booking via Expedia or a similar website when I was looking a few weeks ago -:(

My reading of mlueckl's post suggests he wants to book a hotel using QFF points rather than find a hotel where he can earn points.
If that's the case I think you are out of luck mlueckl because QFF points are useless for booking hotels.
Some cards (mine is an ANZ Platinum) allow you to accumulate bank rewards points which can be traded for hotel stays.
Problem even with those is that bang for your buck is much lower than for flights so you are probably best to look for the best cash deal through a site such as hotelscombined.com

I had a great experience using Booking.com - ended up staying at St Ermin's Hotel in St James Park which I fully recommend. A little bit on the $$ side but you might be lucky and get a good deal.
