Hey guys a newbie here and hi :)
got a bit of a question to ask but what would be the best business class option thats affordable with similar experience as say emirates? i cant believe how much their airfares have gone up i remember booking a trip 2 yrs ago to amsterdam (but cancelling long story...) which was approx $7500, they`re now over $8000!!! which i think is a bit rich . id be happy to depart from say singapore or dubai and think singapore and emirates to be 2 of the better business class offerings but doesnt have to be them.

Im looking to go to italy this year around october for approx 3 months tracking family history etc but keen to see europe as this will be my first long haul euro experience but for the life of me will not go cattle class a trip from per-syd is enough to make me jump off :). got approx 10000 QFF but think the seat offering and experience to be a bit dull (not to offend anyone). for similar amount of cash i could take a cruise and see more but everything finishes at the start of the year.

Looking forward to hearing suggestions

10,000 QFF won't even get you from MEL to SYD in J one-way - do you mean 100,000 or 1,000,000?

yep its a sad fact but only 10000 :( i know its depressing!
and why would i fly to kalgoorlie which is what they can give you :P

Have you tried looking at an online booking site such as Skyscanner or Zuji to give you an idea of the prices from PER-MXP in Business?

ive used zuji but only for estimation just wondering if anyone had other suggestions for similar quality of service as emirates and singapore. would it be better to take an economy flight to an asian country then business from there?

You can use Zuji and Skyscanner to help you figure out what is best for you.

Have you checked AY, will help with the QFF balance as well!
