Darwin pilot finds snake in coughpit

A Darwin pilot was forced to make an emergency landing after discovering a large snake slithering around his feet just moments after takeoff.

A few years ago I made the mistake of leaving my car window open overnight on a hot summer evening,the next day I got in to
drive to Wodonga and as I was driving along I noticed a black snake in the passenger footwell,I just about had a heart attack
until I noticed it wasn't moving at all.the poor thing had obviously been sick and had died,probably from heat stroke.
I found it rather sad actually as I hate to think of anything suffering.

I wonder if any airline ever had that movie on the IFE, lol.

I've actually watched this a few times when I was flying Virgin Blue - their Foxtel link doesn't have anyway of screening what gets aired - if it's on TV, you can watch it in the air.
