Upgrading on Alaskan

Does anyone know how to upgrade on Alaskan and can it be done at the gate for a few sheckels?

to close this out, no luck.

i flew like a pleb, squashed up down the back, paid for everything and disembarked 15 minutes after we docked.

everyone should try this if they think they have a bad deal now.
