I've seen the Sebel pop up on a few sites for $9,999 a night. They must load into some system like that.

It would have to be a really really special hotel with many unadvertised benefits to be worth that sort of price.

Yep - seriously - the mind boggles at what would have to be provided for such a rate

[Edit: I've just had a look at the photos ... there is no way on earth this property is really asking $49K for 5 days. Its got to be a typo. Perhaps $499.95 for 5 days?]

I definitely need to get a spare bedroom advertised if this is what rooms in Perth are going for... I'm sure i could offer at least a 50% discount on this price and the unadvertised benefits might boggle the mind... :)

We're here for a workshop this week, my colleagues are paying $457 a night for the Rendezvous Central.

Which is still better than paying $380 for the Hotel Ibis!

Greg.

I just stayed at the Sebel Residence this week. A good property, but not worth $10k a night! Paid a far more reasonable $190.

I only know one person from AFF who could afford that

Is that the dump on the beach?

Is it any wonder why people are holidaying overseas and not locally?

Heck at that price you could get our home, 2 cars and of course our cellar.
What are Perth hotels thinking??
Right now I would only stay at the Hyatt as Crown Burswood is getting a makeover to its entry.

I have stayed there a couple of times and whilst it was a very nice apartment complex I do not recall paying that amount of cash or having any unadvertised benefits

The fluro brigade would pay it.

Some of the companies are paying that much in Moranbah every night for rooms
