Hi, Have just come across this thread re price matching with Tiger. I have a free pass to the Qantas First lounge that expires at the end of this year. I was thinking of doing the JQ35 Syd - Melb run and take advantage of the price matching with Tiger but can't find anything about it on the Qantas website.

Can anyone please tell me where I can find more information on the price matching and how I go about getting the price matched fare.

Thanks

I use it all the time. Just make sure that the flight being matched is within 60 minutes. Phone them up and provide details of both flights, they normally ask for the competitor's flight details first but then you have to wait while they confirm everything. I think they print off the information for their records. You can pay by credit card with no charge. This is unlike making an online booking and you can even use Amex although they won't suggest it to you.
You cannot get status credits and points on a price match booking.
