anyone used this yet?

Not amazing but if you need a points boost it could be worthwhile

you can make the points worth 1c (with a 1000 used to purchase an extra 10c off petrol if 100 litres is purchased)

so with that use it's $5 off a meal

Not as good as an entertainment card or the citibank wine offer

It does say that you have to actually dine at the restaurant booked. Unlike the Velocity one that people may have tried to game if I remember correctly from somewhere

So it will be interesting to see the evolution of this:

How long do points take to post?

Do you REALLY have to turn up?

Could you turn up and have a drink, or a very small course and still qualify

We did our first booking last weekend. Will keep you informed

It sounds like a good idea for people who were going to use the selected restaurnat anyway. We very rarely dine at restaurants. I looked to see if there were any participating restaurants near me but there was only one that I recognised in the area that I might end up going to sometimes. I guess if you were organising a group function at a restaurant you could use the facility to get flybuys points out of it.

I'm pretty sure you are meant to actually dine at the Velocity restaurants too, its just that some people have been lucky...

Seems to be an overlap in restaurants too, so a choice in point programs.

I am thinking of using this service - let us know how it all goes :)
