As you know, your loyalty allows you to earn additional benefits with Le Club Accorhotels.
In fact, thanks to the number of times you have stayed in one of our hotels, you have been eligible for our special Le Club Accorhotels Platinum status advantages for the past 12 months. We sincerely hope that you have been able to make use of these exclusive privileges.
However we regret to inform you that you have not reached the required number of Le Club Accorhotels points or hotel nights to maintain your current status.
The status of your card is calculated on the activity of the last 365 days.
Your revised status level will appear on your account within 24 hours and your new Le Club Accorhotels Classic card will be sent to you within 2 weeks
