Hi everyone,

i was really happy when i received the confirmation of my OWE and the first thing i though it was the First class Lounge of QANTAS in Sydney.
I travel every month on international flights and i would like to give QANTAS Frequent Flyers who are not Platinum the opportunity of visiting the lounge when i travel.
Let me know your dates and i will you if i travel on these dates.
OF course, that's free.

Also note that the guest is meant to be on the same flight as you. YMMV

I invited a guest many times travelling on QF flight other than mine and no one ever told me anything on Business and First class lounges. I know it's written but at the desk they don't care about that, only need to travel on a QF marked flight

There have been quite a few reports of it being enforced, I have seen it personally, so obviously it should not be expected that rules are not applied, I am sure those who are guested appreciate your gesture regardless.

Hi there christopherc, I don't suppose you will be at Syd international this Sunday?

I have witnessed the same flight rule enforced and I was there as it was happening.

Unfortunately the reception staff jumped the gun and thought because the 2 boarding passes looked different they were not the same flight. She could not put 2 and 2 together and realise that one was issued in SIN by SQ and the other was issued in SYD by QF. And just to prove her point she then proceeded to reprint the SQ issued boarding pass.

We have international flights booked on the 27th Feb and 13th May - (theres 4 of us but happy to ditch someone in the Flounge with you while the rest fend for themselves - namely me)

I won't be there on the 27th Feb because i will come back on the 23rd Feb but i will try to combine on the 13th May. Send me a private message and i will give you my email.
