Hertz President's Circle qualification now 40 rentals

I've just noticed that Hertz President's Circle now kicks in at 40 rentals, not 30 as it used to:

40 "rentals" not days is getting a bit ridiculous. I'm supposed to have a car for 2-3 months a year? Or constantly rent day trips?

UK site still says 30.
US/NZ/SG sites say 40.

Not sure when it changed.
