Re: Has the website changed overnight or is it just me?
Forgot to mention, one thing I did like and thought was new, was the addition of the OneWorld logo in a prominent top right hand position. Hopefully this is signifying that they aren't going anywhere and are happy in the alliance?
modifying the to and/or from cities in a search still also changes the dates back to the day of your search. a real pain in the A, and very poor programing!!! LEAVE THE DATES UNCHANGED
Just spent a very frustrating 30mins with the QF website this afternoon.
I'm compelled to book flights on my Corporate TA website, which doesn't display prices (PIA in itself when I have a price-sensitive Client I on-bill), so I always have the QF website open in parallel so I can choose the best price, especially handy for those 15min frequency SYD-MEL where, chances are, the arrival time bears no resemblance to reality.
Tried multiple OW queries on the QF website to build a multi-leg it in next week.
Try as I might, "refining the search" entering new legs, dates, times, the search result would always default to the previous search. Tried bringing up the QF site again, same problem.
Had to closure Firefox and try start again. Obviously some "enhancement" to cache handling.
I now gave two PIA websites to deal with when booking.
I thought school holidays had started for the work experience kids...
Seriously, Red Roo, when are QF going to take their IT seriously??
Regards,
BD
