Hi everybody,

Loving AFF. I'm new to the site and new to regular travel. Definitely enjoying both. Im co-owner of a new organic Mexican takeaway chain with outlets in ADL & BNE. Half the week I'm at home in ADL. Most Wednesdays I head to BNE and come home on Saturday mornings. There are occasional OOL, MCY, MEL, SYD trips too.

Can gladly tee up a comp burrito to anyone who'd like to try some nice Mexican and more than happy to guest to VA lounge whenever flight times coincide.

Wishing you well

Hey Burrito! Welcome to the site :)

I'm an Adelaide guy too & pretty into mexican food! - I'd love to pay your establishment a visit, are you in the CBD?

Welcome aboard Burrito, maybe we could have an AFF get together at your restaurant? Maybe with an MR between different locations?

Seriously though, welcome aboard and enjoy the site.

Mr proposed to me at a Mexican place in Fortitude Valley. It's in the open air mall, a few stores down from the golden arches. Please tell me that place is one of your stores!

I should clarify and say I didn't know Mr was going to ask and I chose Mexican for lunch. When I looked at my phone and said it's 12:12 on 12/12/12 he pulled out the ring.

Great story, and congrats! But, I hope that's not the one! I think that one is Mad Mex and is not a good version of Mexican, In Brisbane, the other major chains are The Burrito Bar (variable quality and their social marketing team sucks too), Guzman v Gomez (actually quite good, 2nd fav of mine in Bris), and Tuckeria (my fav in Brisbane by far).

I'm puzzled as to the brand as well. Can't be burrito... (Hopefully!), that is not a good marketing name.

Of course I've been away from Brisbane for over four months now, so who knows what has changed!!!

Thank you!

I suspect it's the earlier suggested Arriba. I had a look on google and Arriba is organic and located in SA and QLD.

I'm thinking we need a spontaneous lunch gathering today. Lutwyche is easiest for me.

Unfortunately I work southside and having just started a new job on Monday I don't think I can duck out for a couple of hours for lunch today, as much as I'd love to.

Welcome to AFF Burrito,

I shall keep an eye out for your burritos. Also, when are you opening in MEL :p
