Westpac CC Points not posting to QFF

Per the title, this month's points accrual is a little late in arriving. I'm assuming this is a Westpac issue, not a QFF issue? There's been no issues in the past, points have posted like clockwork until now.
 
Update - the points are on the credit card statement as expected, but still haven't arrived in my QFF account. The first layer of support at Westpac wasn't sure, so I'll follow up with the next tier when I get the chance next week (assuming they haven't posted by then).
 
Update - points still haven't posted, but according to the Westpac rewards team there was a system-wide glitch last month which meant that a lot of Qantas points were not transferred across to QFF accounts. The resolution is that these points are still with Westpac and will instead be transferred at the next statement date, along with any new points accrued.

Additionally, customers affected by this may receive a letter in the mail stating that their QFF details are incorrect and to give Westpac a call. It sounds like this letter was automatically generated for everyone when the points transfer failed last time around. It might still be worth following up with Westpac just to confirm that you fall into this category, but for anyone who was concerned there is a plan in place.
