I shall be attending if GPH is attending, as we will be sharing a ride from the airport. We land at 18:50 so this is all subject to being on time.

What's the deal with split bills? I very rarely carry cash (and not just because of the points... I believe in a plastic society)!

Time to familiarise yourself with cash, or request everyone else bring cash to pay you and you put the bill on your plastic :lol:

In these days, I think it's pretty simple for people to account to their own purchases made, either from memory, writing down on paper or notes on a smart phone, at the end of the night one simply pays for what they have purchased... Quite simple really and certainly no more difficult than calculating cost per credit on a status run :p

I would suggest everyone orders a main, sharing while being encouraged, would be entirely optional to the individual.

Lets keep this lighthearted and have an enjoyable night

Don't know if you've noticed, but much of our cash is plastic :)

Waves other hand (the original hand wave is still in the Buzz thread).

the small print on the bottom of the menu is;

strictly in-house food and drinks only. BYO 750ml wine only *

while no separate accounts, from memory, 2 cards allowed for payment. In this day and age plastic and multiple card payments ought be available. It's not the 1960s.....

could you put me as Gold for this event please

SamH004 will attend with me. We will come straight from the airport. I will most likely keep to the green tea on the night :-)

Hi

As I have not been to an AFF gathering I will attend drinks and dinner if open to others not going to Rockford. I am interested to put faces to names and I am somewhat interested to see if I recognise others who I have already traveled, been in airport or hotel lounges without realising they are part of AFF.

If open to all count me in.
