Putting it out there: Lunch at The Lion in Melbourne St at 12:30-ish to discuss the Lunch with Lesley.

Late notice, hopefully some of the the other ADL lunch with Lesley people can make it, to share thoughts in person.

A nice idea to pass on your take-aways.

Unfortunately I will be nowhere near Australia, let alone ADL.

Sorry Medhead, I can't make it either as I will be up north then.

Would like to attend but I'm already booked elsewhere.

Enjoy!

Returning from Broken Hill that day, would have liked to have met some ADL AFF members! Oh well..

Well I definitely won't be attending. Our flight AKL - SYD is about 4 hours late due to an aircraft fault, it is being hauled back to the hangar. Apparently a replacement 737 is on the way from SYD. I like how the departure board states "Relax"

The lounge in AKL is not the best but still better than the alternative. We got into the lounge ~ 0630 and nearly 3 hours later nobody has been near us to clear our table

Even strolled into the first lounge (don't ask) and it is not much better in there based on what I saw, maybe just some different grog. The breakfast offering is still sausages and scrambled eggs

Great lunch. Thanks everyone. Good discussion. Sorry I couldn't stay till the end, family duties.

Hopefully Buzzard got an upgrade to make up for the hassle.

No upgrade unfortunately as the 737-800 is a 2 class and we were already in J.

How was the lunch?
