Sunshine Coast casual gathering 25th June - Noosa

Hello there all!

Despite being an enthusiastic member of AFF for several years, my overseas base has not allowed me to attend any functions. I am now living part-time on the Sunshine Coast, and would love to meet any fellow AFF people from this region.

I am not very familiar with the area yet but I know the Noosa Boathouse is a bar/bistro/whatever place that has a "Sunset bar" which is actually a beautiful place to watch the sun go down. But any other suggestions welcome.

Due to work travel I can only do sometime on the weekend Friday 24th June through to Sunday 26th. If a lunch is a better option that would be great too.

Hoping to get some interest and finally meet some AFF people - so far the only one I have met is JohnM, and I am sure others would not wish to be judged by that

I'm interested as I missed the dinner on 14 November 2015 (sorry drron and mrs.dr.ron!) due to a wedding. I'm planning to visit SYD some time that weekend but may be able to make it if it's on Saturday...

Could drive up to you and then continue onwards... there's a rugby (union) game on that weekend, though not in Brisbane!
