I cannot believe Qantas has not copped any flack for the website changes. Horrible.
Poor old Virgin copped, and are still copping, a hammering over their changes earlier in the year.
Over any seat awards?Oh QF is copping flack over changes to the website... Just look at the ASA thread.
Is anyone having issues with the 'Remember details' function below the FF login? In both Chrome and IE I'm unable to check the box. It's been this way for two or three days.
It works for me when I click on the words 'Remember details'; it doesn't work for me when I click on the check box.
Stupid, but that's Qantas IT for you.
Thanks for the answer. It works for me when I click on the words 'Remember details'; it doesn't work for me when I click on the check box.

Not sure if this is the right thread. However is anyone having an issue with The Qantas site storing the basic info at log in ? (Remember me)
I cant get it to work. :-(
.... and on occasions the other way around :!:I think with the website it is one step forward and two steps back.
Unfortunately not very often..... and on occasions the other way around :!:
Unfortunately not very often.
I can't actually think of any occasion when I have opened up the web site and thought "Gee, that's better!"
Yes, same. The 'tick box' to remember details is not responding to mouse clicks. It is, however, responding to the keyboard. So use the Tab key to move the focus to the tick box and then press the Space key to enter a tick, then hit Enter.
It will remember your details then, but it won't remember that the tick box had a tick in it, so you need to repeat the above.
The 5 year olds are at it again!!
I have noticed that. Very annoying.Just realizing that if you get the check box checked (by clicking on 'remember my details wording), the next time you go to the page, it has remembered your details. HOWEVER if you don't then check the box AGAIN, (and, apparently every time you log in), it won't remember you next time.
Anyone else getting this? Pretty hopeless to me. Don't call it a security measure - if I say 'remember my details', I'm saying, yes remember my details, until I tell you not to, like just about every other log in site.
