a dilemma, we accumulate enough points each month withqantas to fly first or business anywhere in the world whenever they areavailable. including business domestic flights (we don't pay for flights) . inthe past my only cr cards were linked to Qff. so qantas was my only option.

i now have a citibank select cr card which gives me 2 points for every $1 spendand now have the option of choosing Krisflyer, Velocity or Cathay whenever iwish. i can choose qantas. but then i am locked in to them.

i have 3 choices and ask for your advice as to which is the best way to go. 1.stay with qantas. whose points don't expire. 2. choose one of the other threeaward programs (which do expire) and 3rd leave my points sitting in the citibank account. thentransfer them when needed.
your assistance is greatly received

Just for clarity are you saying that you accumulate 400K points per month?

I chose the non QFF option (krisflyer, AM etc) and park the points in Citi Select until needed. I also think that the burn rates and premium availability for internationalon flights on Krisflyer is much better than qff

Ps: Are you QF WP? I understand that you can generally ask for premium award seats to be released if unavailable...
