Only got one trip planned in January, and I'm 99% sure there won't be any more flying until early March.

Flew LHR-CPH-LHR a few weeks back. Don't anticipate any more flying in Jan.

I have promised my wife not to do any international business travel this year ... other than an already-booked conference in Switzerland in March.

Ironically, when the first offer for travel came along (Paris in April), I still had the bravado to ask. The response was short and sharp!:oops:

Is that a realistic expectation :?:

*shakes his head* You didn't first ask her if she wanted to go to Paris this year :confused: - she can shop and you can work ;)

I should (fingers crossed) just make it to 2,100 SCs this QF year, but I'm not sure who I'd give PG to.
Mrs MatF only flies with me (and very rarely), and I don't really have any other family/friends who fly much.

Hopefully! But there's going to be a lot of restraint involved.

*shakes his head* You didn't first ask her if she wanted to go to Paris this year :confused: - she can shop and you can work ;)
She only has herself to blame there, as she has an absolute refusal to fly anywhere but the front of the bus.:lol:

All's good though - while I say no business travel, we do have a very nice 6 weeks away for leisure.

Off to Barcelona on Saturday flying BA. Should haul me 30 SCs for the whole trip.

Well, after finishing off 2010 with exactly 100 sectors and 233,936 miles it's kinda sad to set the counters back to zero, but anyway;

I'd say so :o

Oh, I feel your pain ;). Thankfully, after a couple of years of not flying, Mrs LW has forgotten the feeling.

All's good though - while I say no business travel, we do have a very nice 6 weeks away for leisure.
I concur totally. I'm worried that Mrs LW (and min #1) are going to get used to J/F though :o. Time for me to ressurect the thread and start posing some questions to the membership here.

  1. Not credited yet, but expected to be these figures
  2. Not credited yet, but expected to be these figures due to Velocity rules (no points earned on MH Malaysia domestic flights in Economy). Then again, I could be surprised (Velocity points take about a week on partners to be processed).
