Avianca LifeMiles – Bookings and Discussion

Oops...a bit dyslexic with the email address. Both don't work now anyway ...Haha!

Just rang them, after a hold time of ~10 minutes, got through to an agent who after 2 minutes, emailed the etickets to me :) ...Was just wanting to avoid having to call them I guess....luckily I can ring the US number for free from Australia :)

This is the generic reply when sending an email:

Thanks for contacting us.

If your email is for a new case request, we kindly ask you to open a new case with us at our help center onhttps://helpcenter.lifemiles.com/hc/en-us and we will work on it from there. This mail box is no longer enable to receive cases.

So yes, best to call them using either the US toll free number or the AU toll free number 1-800-750849 🙂

Out of curiosity, I just rang this number....it is Turkish Airlines, not Avianca Lifemiles ;)

Oh sorry mixed up the numbers 🙊 I’m currently dealing with both TK and LM customer services, it’s not fun at all. Another reason why I’d rather stick to KF once I finish redeeming my LMs.

Hello everyone,
I recently redeemed a Melbourne to Bangkok J class flight.
Is the reservation code from the Lifemiles confirmation email a TG booking reservation number?
If not, how do i go about selecting my seat ?
Thanks in advance.

The booking reference will be a 6 digit code. You can go to "manage booking"on the Thai website to select meals and seat.

One trap with seat selection is to make sure you have your titles in the booking from Avianca. I left out the Mrs from Mrsdrron's name so the TG website wouldn't let me go to seat or meal selection. I could not add the Mrs on the Thia site and Avianca wouldn't add it once the booking was complete. So we ended up in the back row of J.

I am in the situation as you now 😅 I tried to add "Mr" into the info section, but the field has been greyed out. I could not add my middle name as well (But i am not worried about this)So, i can't goto seat selection etc.

So, did you all just let the check in counter agent to assign the seats ?
Did you try and select the seats by calling Thai Airways ?

Another thing is, i can't add "Mr" into my Avianca profile. So annoying.

This info would've been helpful for me when I booked them last year, haha! But good to know for the future.

I solved my problem by emailing them on [email protected]

They took a few days to reply, but it got sorted in the end, even got the seat I wanted! Let us know how you go!
